He is married with four grown up children and has had a career in Operations and Management in the Television Broadcasting industry.

He is an Eastleigh Borough Councillor and a member of the Hampshire County Council Cabinet with responsibility for Internal and External Communications.

His other responsibilities on the County Council are:

  • Chairman of the Eastleigh Hampshire Action Team,
  • Vice Chairman of the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens Advisory Board
  • Vice Chairman of the BuildingsLand and Procurement Panel

and member of:

  • The Improvement and Efficiency South East Board
  • The Governance Committee
  • Member of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Improvement Board.
  • Member of the Hamble River Management Committee
  • Procurement Champion
  • Lead member for Risk Management

Colin is the only Conservative Councillor from the Borough of Eastleigh on the County Council and is very happy to be contacted by any resident in Eastleigh who needs help or advice on County Council Matters.
